Over the last 10 years the UK sports supplement market has changed beyond all recognitiion. A decade ago you could choose from only a handful of brands such as Weider, Davina, Tropicana and a couple of other passing names.

Today the bodybuilding and fitness market is rife with sports nutrition brands. In the UK we have a wide selection of home grown brands such as Maximuscle, Reflex Nutrition and Nutrisport, through to American and Canadian supplement ranges such as Prolab, EAS, MetRx and InterActive.

Now whilst the supplement brands above are all recognised and have a good reputation, there are many more of a dubious nature. Weight trainers and bodybuilders alike are awash with sports supplement to choose from.
